David Barnes is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Trimble Inc., and as a director for CSG.  Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Operations at Stantec Inc., a publicly traded global provider of engineering, consulting, and construction services (2016-2018), Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MWH Global Inc., an employee-owned engineering and construction firm acquired by Stantec Inc. (2009-2016), and Executive Vice President at Western Union Financial Services from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Mr. Barnes was Chief Financial Officer at Radio Shack Corporation (20042006) and Vice President, Treasurer, and U.S. Chief Financial Officer at Coors Brewing Company from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Barnes holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Yale University.
