Brad Neilley Sr. is a member of the Board of Directors and Board Chair for Talent, Culture and Compensation at Turtle Inc., as well as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the company. Turtle is an electrical parts and service distribution company with close to $1B in sales. It is also leading the efforts to scaleup EV Charging infrastructure across America and plays a critical role in the Electrification of America. Prior to his current role, Brad served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head of Facilities at Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including; AvalonBay the largest multifamily real estate company in the country; PENTAX MEDICAL; ABM Industries, the country’s largest facilities management company; and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where he held executive level posts with global responsibilities as well as board positions for three J&J companies. At J&J he was the recipient of the Chairman’s & President Awards for outstanding achievement in recognition of his contributions to the growth of a start-up acquisition that grew sales to $1.2B in its first year. Brad’s credentials include an B.A. in Business from William Patterson University an M.B.A. (with honors) in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a post-graduate certificate in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business, University of PA. His lifelong commitment to the community is expressed in his long-term past or present membership on the Boards of several non-profit organizations, including, President of three homeowner’s associations, and a trustee at William Patterson University for over 10 years. In addition, he has a love for music and joined the DC JazzFest as an Advisory Board member.
