Alex Roth is a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at BofA Securities and is based in New York. He joined the firm in 2019. His responsibilities include advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic advisory assignments, with a particular focus on companies within the Industrials sector.

Alex joined Bank of America's mergers and acquisitions group in 2019. Before that, he spent four years at Wells Fargo Securities in the Industrial Investment Banking group.

Alex holds a B.S. in Commerce (with concentrations in Finance and Accounting) from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
