Alec Lentz is a Principal at FW Cook with nearly 15 years of executive compensation consulting experience. He has vast executive and director compensation experience with companies of various industries and sizes, especially in the technology and life sciences sectors, including publicly-traded and privately-held companies and recent IPOs. Alec believes that business strategy should inform compensation design and that pay should be aligned with performance. He has written about long-term incentive grant practices, pre-IPO compensation, director compensation and other topics featured on the firm’s website. Alec earned a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Pitzer College, member of the Claremont Colleges.
