Aaron Kline is a Partner in KPMG’s Minneapolis audit practice with fifteen years of experience conducting financial and internal controls audits of publicly traded and private companies. Aaron is also a leader in KPMG’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practice providing professional services to public and private companies. Aaron has provided professional audit services to domestic and multinational clients in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP. His audit experience ranges from SEC filings and AICPA financial statements to the successful coordination of large global clients. Aaron serves as the Business Unit Leader for KPMG’s ESG practice. In this role, Aaron works with clients to understand ESG regulatory requirements, and perform readiness assessments and attestation services. Previously, Aaron spent one year with KPMG’s National Audit Solutions group focusing on Risk, Compliance and Regulatory matters. Aaron also completed a two year rotation to KPMG’s Global Delivery Center in Bangalore India as the Lead US Rotational in-charge of Audit Quality, and Risk & Independence Compliance. Through these experiences, Aaron has a comprehensive understanding of risk and regulatory requirements across frameworks and industries.
