Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the beta test, you must meet the eligibility criteria:
- Be an existing NACD member
- Have 3+ years of directorship experience with a public, private, or non-profit board
- Directorship experience is defined as serving or having served as a director on a public, private, or non-profit board.
- Be available to sit for the exam between September 16 and November 7, 2024
- Be willing to wait up to 12 weeks for your exam results as an analysis is performed
