She currently serves on the boards of Amica Senior Lifestyles, where she is board chair; Brighthouse Financial, where she chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee; and Victoria’s Secret, where she chairs the human capital and compensation committee. She also sits on the advisory board of Peloton Capital Management. Chang Britt has recently served on the boards of Dunkin’ Brands and Tailored Brands and was chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee of each board. She is a retired Fortune 500 president and senior vice president, with a distinguished 30-year career at Campbell Soup Co., Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and Kimberly-Clark.

She joined Weyerhaeuser as VP, strategic planning, and later served as SVP, finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser, Bedient served as the managing partner of Arthur Andersen LLP’s Seattle Office. Bedient is the lead independent director of Alaska Air Group and serves on the boards of Suncor Energy and Park Hotels and Resorts. She is a trustee of Overlake Hospital Medical Center, vice chair of the governing board of Oregon State University, and on the advisory board for the Foster School of business at the University of Washington. She was named a Director of the Year for the Puget Sound (2019) and the Wall Street Journal named her among the Top 25 CFOs in the country (2012). Puget Sound Business Journal named her to the 2012 Women of Influence and as the 2011 CFO of the Year.
