Donna F. Zarcone, NACD.DC^™, is an experienced CEO and board director with a focus on innovation and growth to deliver significant value creation. Zarcone currently serves on four corporate boards— CDW Corporation, Cigna Group, Duchossois Capital Management, and Quinnox—and previously served on the board of The Jones Group. She also serves as vice chair on the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution and as director on the advisory board of the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago. 

Zarcone is the recently retired president and CEO of the Economic Club of Chicago. She previously served as president of Harley-Davidson Financial Services Inc. and as board chair for Eaglemark Savings Bank, which are subsidiaries of Harley-Davidson Inc. Earlier in her career, Zarcone served as CFO and board director for two successful entrepreneurial start-ups in technology leasing and financial services. She remains an active angel investor in early-stage ventures. 

Zarcone is NACD Directorship Certified^®, serves on the inaugural NACD Climate Advisory Council, and recently served as a Commissioner on the NACD Future of the American Board initiative. She is credentialed in ESG, holds the CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight, and is an Audit Committee Financial Expert and a CPA. Zarcone received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and bachelor's degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
