Sherilyn Anderson is a strategy and operations executive with deep experience driving growth, change, and improved financial performance for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications, retail, and financial services sectors. As the chief financial officer of two private companies in the Seattle area, her consensus-driven initiatives resulted in improved profitability, organic growth, disciplined decision-making, and revitalized relationships with funders.
Anderson has extensive experience working with boards and committees. She is a member of the boards of directors, audit committee chair, and a member of the compensation and fintech partnership committees for First Northwest Bancorp (Nasdaq: FNWB) and First Federal Savings and Loan Association.
During her 20-year investment banking career, Anderson led over $6 billion of capital markets and over $1 billion of bank credit transactions on behalf of governmental entities, primarily in the transportation and the energy and power sectors. As a director at Wells Fargo Securities, Anderson built the public finance investment banking practice for the firm in the Northwest and parts of California. As a vice president in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs, Anderson provided strategic wealth planning, asset allocation, and implementation advice to ultra-high net worth clients.
