Ethan Rojhani is a partner in Grant Thornton Advisors LLC’s risk advisory practice, with over 20 years of experience. Rojhani specializes in leading governance assessments and internal audits of artificial intelligence systems, ensuring compliance and risk management in this rapidly evolving field. Rojhani’s extensive background includes managing the full life cycle of internal control assessments, risk management, change management, and information technology implementation projects. As a former engineer, Rojhani brings a unique technical perspective to these engagements. Rojhani has worked with large tech companies, leading pre-initial-public-offering Sarbanes–Oxley Act implementations, internal audits, quality assessment reports, and performing IT security assessments. Rojhani has also served as the national leader for automation of controls, control tests, and risk management using a combination of tools, including robotic process automation and generative AI tools. Rojhani has led engagements at multiple organizations—including technology, financial technology, transportation, aerospace and defense, and private organizations—and has direct experience with risk management, project and program management, and IT controls assessment.
