Daniel is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Human Capital practice, where he’s been in the consulting field for over 15 years in supporting mid to large-scale organization’s overall human capital strategies. He lead their Talent & Org solutions across all industries where he has a breadth of knowledge and experience centered on workforce strategies, talent management, organization design, HR transformations and behavior change management.

As an advisor within HCA, Daniel helped companies develop strategic talent agendas to compete in the global economy and capitalize quickly on new workforce opportunities by working with clients who are committed to strategically change how they recruit, hire, retain, manage and develop the most talented employees available in the job market. Furthermore, he helped companies with workforce optimization opportunities, helping to identify critical skills, optimized organization structures, identifying the talent risks with new operating models, drive job architecture, succession management, and transitioning the workforce for new organizations.
