Christine Mazor is an audit partner with over 25 years of experience in serving significant domestic and global clients, with a focus on retail and consumer business. Currently, she serves as an audit partner and as a consultation partner on the SEC Reporting and Business Combination subject matter teams in Accounting & Reporting Services in Deloitte’s National Office, assisting clients with applying SEC regulations in capital market transactions including IPOs, SPACs, mergers, spin-offs, and debt offerings. She is also extensively involved in the authoring and production of published interpretive guidance on SEC related matters, including Deloitte’s Roadmaps to Non-GAAP Financial Measures and SEC Comment Letters and Heads Up articles on cybersecurity disclosures.
