During his 32-year career, Bill has remained close to market trends, investor expectations and regulatory matters. Bill often focuses on IPO readiness assessments as well as enterprise risk management, finance and technology matters. Bill graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, earned his MBA from the Wake Forest University School of Business and is a chartered financial analyst charterholder. Bill is an NACD Accelerate Program participant and a candidate for NACD Directorship Certification.
