Brown was selected into the Hall of Fame in 2014 by Gabelli Asset Management for delivering outstanding shareholder value. She received the Outstanding CEO award from the Puget Sound Business Journal. Brown is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She was honored as Director of the Year for the Pacific Northwest NACD Chapter and as a Directorship 100 honoree by the NACD.

Other areas of interest include simulation design, dynamic technology-driven performance support, change management, and learning evaluation. He chairs the firm’s audit learning governance council. Outside of RSM, Mulcahy is a former Minnesota Book Award finalist and has presented to audiences on topics such as maximizing the impact of electronic communications and storytelling as an engagement tool.
