In 2000, President Clinton appointed Spaeth to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations / Low Intensity Conflict, where she was the assistant in charge of global terrorism issues. Spaeth has worked in the Office of Chief Counsel to the President in the White House. Spaeth has extensive experience as a corporate board member, and serves on the boards of private companies, nonprofits, and professional associations. Spaeth received the Vigiano Family 2015 Hope and Courage Award for Service to the Veteran Community, the 2014 Angel Outreach Award from the Business and Professional Women's Foundation, and the 2010 “Heroines in Technology” Award. Spaeth is an NACD Governance Fellow.

Brown is a director of True Blue, DataSphere Technologies, Port Blakely, and Delta Dental of Washington. She served as chair of American Apparel during its reorganization. She is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and an active member of the Aspen Leadership Institute. Brown was selected into the Hall of Fame in 2014 by Gabelli Asset Management for delivering outstanding shareholder value. She received the Outstanding CEO award from the Puget Sound Business Journal. Brown is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She was honored as Director of the Year for the Pacific Northwest NACD Chapter and as a Directorship 100 honoree by the NACD.
Profile - Bob Mulcahy Bob Mulcahy Director, National Learning and Professional Development RSM US LLP Bob Mulcahy is the director of learning for the audit practice at RSM US LLP. He joined the firm in 2006 with a background in instructional design and technology. Mulcahy has published research exploring the relationship between diversity of expertise in learning groups and the quality of problem-solving dialogue in those groups. Other areas of interest include simulation design, dynamic technology-driven performance support, change management, and learning evaluation. He chairs the firm’s audit learning governance council. Outside of RSM, Mulcahy is a former Minnesota Book Award finalist and has presented to audiences on topics such as maximizing the impact of electronic communications and storytelling as an engagement tool.
