Profile - Scott Lenet Scott Lenet Founder and President Touchdown Ventures Scott Lenet cofounded Touchdown Ventures in 2014. He began his venture capital career in 1992 as the first associate at Geocapital Partners, a late-stage venture capital firm focused on technology investments. In 2002, he cofounded DFJ Frontier, an early-stage fund making West Coast investments for the DFJ Network. Lenet also worked in product marketing for Trilogy Software and was the cofounder and CEO of SmartFrog.com, which was acquired by Cybergold. Lenet also cofounded the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis), where he was an adjunct for seven years at the Graduate School of Management. He currently teaches at the Marshall School at the University of Southern California. He serves on the boards of Touchdown Ventures, GameSalad Inc., NinthDecimal Inc., and BOOM! Studios, and on the advisory board for the dean of the College of Biological Sciences at UC Davis.

Profile - James Lam James Lam Chair Risk Oversight Committee, E*TRADE Financial Corp.; Chair, Audit Committee, RiskLens James C. Lam is the president of James Lam & Associates and a director and risk oversight committee chair of E*TRADE Financial. Lam is also a director and audit committee chair of RiskLens. He previously served as founder and president of ERisk, partner of Oliver Wyman, and chief risk officer of Fidelity Investments. Lam was named the inaugural “Risk Manager of the Year" by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (1997), to the “100 Most Influential People in Finance" by Treasury & Risk magazine (2005, 2006, and 2008), and to the NACD Directorship 100 (2017 and 2018). He is the author of several best-selling books. Lam’s latest book is Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (2017). In addition to serving on NACD’s faculty, Lam is on the Carnegie Mellon University faculty for their Chief Risk Officer Executive Certification Program. Lam is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Wolfe Founder & CEO Dot Brand 360 Jennifer Wolfe is CEO of Dot Brand 360, a digital agency and registrar, and principal of Wolfe Board Advisors, where she consults with boards and C-suite executives on digital and cybersecurity trends. She was previously the managing partner of patent law firm, Wolfe, Sadler, Breen, Morasch & Colby, and the first female president of the Greater Cincinnati Venture Capital Association. Her highly acclaimed books—Digital in the Boardroom (2016), Domain Names Rewired (2013), and Brand Rewired (2010)—have been endorsed by senior executives from Microsoft, Uber, Procter & Gamble, and the Motion Picture Association of America. She has written a regular column in Click Z and Search Engine Watch about future digital trends and was named one of the top IP strategists in the world by IAM magazine. She held leadership roles in ICANN, is part of the Direct Women Institute, and was an investor and director in technology start-ups. Wolfe is an NACD Governance Fellow.
Profile - Gerald M. Czarnecki Gerald M. Czarnecki Chair and CEO, The Deltennium Group; Founder and Chair National Leadership Institute Gerald M. Czarnecki is chair and CEO of The Deltennium Group Inc. Previously, Czarnecki led UNC, an aviation company. Prior to UNC, he was SVP of Human Resources and Administration for IBM. Czarnecki began his career in banking and held various c-suite jobs including CEO of two banks. He currently serves on the boards of Jack Cooper Enterprises Inc., where he chairs the audit committee; Nura Health SPC; RFD Associates, Inc., where he chairs both the audit and compensation committees; BookKeeping Express Inc.; and ECO Building Products Inc., where he is board chair. Additionally, Czarnecki chairs the board of trustees of National University. He is founder and chairman of the nonprofit National Leadership Institute. Czarnecki is a faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and chair emeritus of NACD’s Florida Chapter. He is the author of seven books on leadership and governance.
Profile - Larry Clinton Larry Clinton President and CEO Internet Security Alliance Larry Clinton is president of the Internet Security Alliance (ISA). The ISA is a multi-sector trade association that focuses on thought leadership, policy advocacy, and developing best practices for cybersecurity. Clinton is on the board of the IT Sector Coordinating Council and serves on the Cybersecurity Advisory Board for the Center for Audit Quality. He has been a featured spokesman on cyber issues in virtually all major media outlets. He testifies often before Congress and has briefed NATO and the OAS. He is the principle author of the NACD Director’s Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight for corporate boards which PwC found has substantially improved corporate director’s management of cyber-risk since its publication. NACD named Clinton as one of the 100 most influential people in the field of corporate governance in 2015 and again in 2016.
