Salesforce to Invest $2 Billion in Canadian Business Over 5 Years
Salesforce.com Inc. is planning to invest $2 billion in its Canadian business over the next five years, MarketWatch (Feb. 8, Linnane). Thursday's announcement came ahead of a meeting between Salesforce CEO Mark Benioff and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the company's headquarters in San Francisco. More than 6,000 Canadian companies use Salesforce's software, including Air Canada, Husky Energy, and TD Bank.
