Keith Meyer is vice chairman and managing partner of CTPartners' Global Board Consulting Practice based in Chicago. Meyer has more than 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 boards, CEOs and senior executive teams in all areas of corporate governance and board effectiveness best practices. He was an executive at Exxon Mobil during the Exxon Valdez oil spill in 1989. He joined CTPartners last month from Heidrick & Struggles. Meyer previously founded his own firm focused on board and CEO succession consulting and senior executive recruitment. He began his executive search career at Egon Zehnder. His other corporate experience includes work at McKinsey & Company and executive positions at Exxon Mobil and PepsiCo.
