Judy Warner

Judy Warner is editor in chief of NACD Directorship. A journalist for more than 30 years, Warner manages the creation of all NACD editorial products, including its magazine, magazine website, and custom newsletters. Warner joined the NACD as managing editor in 2010 when the magazine was purchased by the association. She joined the Directorship team in 2007 from ComAve LLC, an independent marketing consulting firm that she founded and ran for eight years. Key engagements included the opening of Channel Center in Boston for Beacon Capital Partners and the launch of New England Home magazine. Prior to starting her own firm, Warner was New England bureau chief for Adweek magazine for 10 years, having been promoted from associate editor. In addition, she was a senior editor for Marketing Computers. She began her journalism career in the newsroom of The Boston Globe where she worked first as an editorial assistant and then as a correspondent for the paper's City Desk covering breaking news. She holds a BS in journalism from Northeastern University.
