John Borneman is a managing director with Semler Brossy Consulting Group LLC (SBCG). Borneman has been an executive-compensation advisor since 1998. He has broad experience consulting to senior management and boards of directors on compensation, performance measurement, and governance issues. Prior to joining SBCG, Borneman was a senior vice president with Farient Advisors LLC and a principal with Mercer Human Resource Consulting and SCA Consulting. He holds the designation of Certified Executive Compensation Professional.

Levine is the lead director of D’Addario & Co. Joan Meyer is chair of Baker McKenzie LLP’s Compliance, Investigations & Government Enforcement practice in their Washington, D.C., office. She advises corporate clients on a range of global compliance matters, including comprehensive risk-minimization strategies and the structuring of transactions to minimize fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other compliance risks. She also manages teams conducting compliance reviews and internal investigations and audits. Meyer advises executive management and corporate audit committees regarding litigation strategy and defense development, and handles complex civil and criminal litigation before U.S. government enforcement agencies. Meyer also is the office practice chair of Litigation and a member of the firm’s Washington Office Management Committee. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2008, bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience in criminal and civil litigation, including extensive field and D.C. experience with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Misunas has held director roles with Tech Data Corp., Canadian Tire Corp., and Travelocity and has chaired various board committees, including committees on cybersecurity and compensation. Misunas has attained Fellowship status with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She has participated in its Compensation Chair Advisory Council and in various NACD peer exchanges. In addition, she has participated as a guest speaker in seminars for Women Corporate Directors on a variety of board topics. Michael Stevenson is a partner in the National Assurance Practice of BDO USA LLP. Stevenson is a regional technical director with the firm and devotes his attention to assisting clients and engagement teams with the resolution of complex accounting issues and public-company reporting requirements. Prior to joining BDO as a director in July 2007, he was with a “Big Four” accounting firm. Stevenson has more than 19 years of experience serving public companies. His experience includes serving Fortune 100 clients in the telecommunications, technology, and retail industries as well as participating in an overseas rotation in the technical accounting group of a “Big Four” accounting firm.
