Marc Baranski is a managing director with Semler Brossy Consulting Group. Baranski has had 20 years of experience working with clients to optimize business performance through addressing significant people issues that result from expansion into new businesses/geographies, mergers, changes in management, or change-management initiatives. He works with board members and senior leadership to develop human resource and leadership reward strategies, identifying performance measurement and management systems, creating talent management approaches, and designing annual and long-term incentive systems for key executives, sales professionals, and other employees. Baranski has been involved in projects across industries and geographies, working in the United Kingdom, Western Europe, the Middle East, and Southern Africa. His industry experience includes consumer products, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and professional services. He has especially deep expertise in the financial services sector, particularly corporate and investment banks, investment management firms, private equity partnerships, and retail banks.

She has extensive experience working with companies facing performance challenges, and can assist in developing appropriate incentives for improvements in business performance. Engel has more than 25 years of executive-compensation consulting experience. She has designed and validated executive-compensation strategies for companies in a wide range of industries, with a focus on retail, apparel, and consumer brands. Eric Larré is a partner in Mercer's Atlanta office, specializing in executive compensation. He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience, with extensive experience in the areas of equity-compensation design for private companies and global organizations, and for various types of corporate transactions (joint ventures, mergers, spin-offs, IPOs, and divestitures). Larré has consulted to companies in industries that include financial services, fintech, retail, casual dining, quick-service restaurants, insurance, manufacturing, energy services, high technology, real estate, and construction. Prior to joining Mercer, Larré worked for another HR-consulting firm for 18 years over two stints. In between, he served as director of international compensation and benefits for Citi. Larré speaks and writes frequently on the topic of executive compensation, and facilitated the executive-compensation sessions for four years at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Directors’ College. Larré was an advisory board member for the NACD Atlanta Chapter.

Mallin’s clients include major companies in the manufacturing, insurance, staffing. and other service industries. In addition, he has experience working with companies in a variety of situations, including mergers, divestitures, IPOs, and other events involving significant change. Prior to joining Pay Governance in 2016, Mallin was the office head/managing director for Pearl Meyer & Partners in Atlanta for 13 years, and also held senior roles at Arthur Andersen, Mercer, and Towers Watson. Mallin has been a director for NACD chapters in both Atlanta and Florida. He has been a frequent presenter on executive-compensation issues at both chapters as well as in other forums.

Kimberly Underhill is the global president of Kimberly-Clark Professional and a member of the Kimberly-Clark Executive Leadership Team. During her 30 years at the company, Underhill has held a variety of positions in both Europe and North America. Prior to her current role, she served as president of Kimberly-Clark’s consumer business in Western and Central Europe. Prior to roles in the U.K. and Europe, she held numerous marketing, supply chain, and research and engineering positions in Kimberly-Clark’s North American consumer businesses. Earlier in her career at the company, she held marketing and research roles at the North American baby care, child care, feminine care, and operations units. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, she spent a year at General Electric as a process engineer and part of the leadership-development program. Underhill is on the board of directors for Foot Locker Inc.
