NACD Virtual Director Professionalism® is powered by SmartPros®—a fully online platform, compatible with most web browsers, smartphones, and tablets.

Registrants will receive access to the course content for 12 months through their NACD member account. During these 12 months, all modules and final exams must be successfully completed to earn all CPE credits and accomplish the NACD Governance Fellowship Foundation Course.

SmartPros Ltd. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Payment and Refund Policy

NACD accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks, payable to NACD, must be received before the User can begin the course. NACD will refund the fee paid by User for the Course(s) only if there is a material defect or technical problem causing a prolonged delay in completion of the course(s). A refund will be paid only if NACD has been promptly notified of the material defect or technical problem and it has not been rectified within 48 hours of such notification. A written refund request should be submitted by electronic mail addressed to Registration@NACDonline.org.
