One-Day Certificate Program

The one-day NACD Director Professionalism^® certificate course is the customized version of our renowned two-day public course. This InBoardroom course is delivered at a time and location of your choosing and provides the framework every board member should be operating under in today’s challenging governance environment.

Topics range from the core principles of fiduciary duties and ethics to the role of the board in: strategy, risk and crisis management. We also cover the unique role of the board’s key committees in today’s environment. This course can be customized to meet the needs of all types of organizations such as public, private, not-for-profit, family-owned, government, and cooperative organizations.

This course confers the nationally recognized Certificate of Director Education. As an in-boardroom engagement, your directors can complete the program and receive the Certificate in just one day. Selected members of senior management may also be included at the discretion of your board.
