Jenne K. Britell is a senior managing director of Brock Capital, LLC, and board chairman of United Rentals, Inc. She is also a director of Crown Holdings, Inc.; Quest Diagnostics, Inc.; the U.S. Russia Investment Fund; and the U.S. Russia Foundation for Entrepreneurship and the Rule of Law. Dr. Britell serves on the board of trustees of the Santa Fe Institute. She is a former senior executive of GE Capital, and former president and CEO of GE Capital Mortgage Services. |

Jon Hanson is chairman of the Hampshire Companies, a real estate fund located in Morristown, NJ. Mr. Hanson has also served as chairman of HealthSouth since 2002 and Pascack Community Bank since 2001. Currently, Mr. Hanson is lead director of Prudential Financial Corporation where he chairs the finance and dividend committee, investment committee and the executive committee. Mr. Hanson also serves on the board of Yankee Global Enterprises. |
