Refund/Cancellation Policy
For a refund or credit to apply towards a future NACD course, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either via e-mail (registration@nacdonline.org) or fax (202) 775-4857.
- Cancellation requests which are postmarked, fax or e-mail dated on or before October 5, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellation requests made after October 5, 2009 will be assessed 50% of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after October 12, 2009.
- Registered attendees who “no-show” will forfeit all registration fees.
