Letter from President
Welcome! We have some terrific news to share with you.

New Chapter President

Dear NACD Members:

It gives me great pleasure to address you as the new president of the NACD New England Chapter. Our prior President Ed Pendergast has done a wonderful job leading this organization and I want to publicly recognize him for his efforts in this role over the past two years.

My goals are to continue to build upon our outstanding educational programs for Board members and CEOs, to position the NACD New England Chapter as a thought leader in the field of corporate governance, to further grow our database of corporate governance publications and articles, and to continue increasing our Chapter’s membership. Honoring outstanding Board members through our annual Director of the Year Awards Program is key to recognizing good corporate governance and the NACD’s role in the New England corporate governance community.
