Gregory A. Pratt is currently a director for several organizations, including Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE:CRS), a leading global manufacturer of stainless steel, titanium alloys, industrial ceramics and other advanced materials, with $1.6 billion in annual revenues, where he serves as the Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee, AmeriGas Propane Inc. (NYSE:APU), the nation’s largest propane company, with $2.1 billion in revenue, where he serves as the Audit Committee Chair, and OAO Technology Solutions, Inc., a company he took private as the CEO where he now serves as Vice Chairman. Mr. Pratt has also served on the boards of Intelligent Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:INEL), where he was also the President and COO from 1992 to 1996, and Atari Corporation (ASE:ATR), where he also served as CFO and President from 1984 to 1992. He started his career with Arthur Anderson & Co. as a senior Auditor and has an MBA in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, 1975.
Greg has begun a two-year term as President of NACD’s Capital Area Chapter.
